- Introduction to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals - Energy consumption from Computing - Critical Raw Materials - Computing and Critical Raw Materials - Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) management - The relation of computing to WEEE generation - Τhe positive contributions of Computing on Sustainability (process optimisation, dematerialisation, advanced simulation of environmental phenomena) - Introduction to the Green Economy Principles -Entrepreneurship, smart technologies, and sustainability -ESG and computing -Sustainable consumption and ΙοT -Global environmental problems and artificial intelligence

Learning Outcomes
